Background
Kristin Baker brings energy, passion and experience to the retirement plan space, combining relationship development with extraordinary attention to detail.
She connects on a personal level to develop meaningful relationships with plan sponsors and participants, uncovering areas for improvement and working together to implement suitable plans of action. She brings a unique perspective having worked in payroll, recordkeeping, and advisor roles.
Kristin is a native Texan. She was raised in Weimar, graduated from Texas A&M University, and has lived in the Houston area since 2012. Kristin holds her FINRA Series 65 securities registration held through Global Retirement Partners and HUB International Investment Services. She also maintains her Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation through the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
An integral part of the retirement team, Kristin’s role is to provide retirement plan sales and support for the South and Central Texas regions and beyond.
Kristin has many interests, including travel, weight training, and spa-related activities. Kristin will also hunt, fish, and golf when the opportunities arise. She is extremely passionate about mental and emotional wellbeing and the positive impacts of therapy at any age and any stage in life. She serves as a volunteer for St. Cecilia Catholic Church and School in Houston and supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Integrated into her working mom life is her husband and son, who keep her busy with Corvette cruises, go-karting, karate, and baseball.
