Rey Ratti is a Retirement Plan Advisor specializing exclusively in 401(k) and 403(b) plans for employers in the Washington DC, Bethesda, and Frederick markets. With over a decade of experience across wealth management, banking, and retirement planning, Rey brings a deep understanding of plan design, investment oversight, fee benchmarking, and fiduciary governance to every client relationship. He is passionate about expanding access to retirement solutions and education and takes pride in helping plan sponsors navigate complex compliance responsibilities with clarity and confidence.

Rey holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations*, life and health insurance licenses. Outside of work, he is an active member of the DMV community with roots in Ecuador. He enjoys staying active on the tennis court and soccer field and cherishes time at home with his wife and young son.
