Lisa McMillan

Lisa McMillan is a Retirement Plan Specialist at HUB Investment Partners, where she partners with K-12 public school districts, charter schools, district leadership teams, and employees to deliver financial education and retirement planning services. Drawing on her background as both a former K-12 educator and financial advisor serving schools, Lisa brings a rare combination of classroom experience and financial fluency to her work — translating complex concepts into clear, relatable guidance for clients and teams alike. Her focus is on engaging clients as active participants in their own financial journey, helping organizations and individuals plan, protect, and make the most of their retirement savings. Lisa holds a Series 7, Series 66, and a Texas Life and Health license, and earned her Master of Education from the University of Houston.

Outside of work, Lisa is an avid traveler with an ambitious goal: visiting all 7 continents. When she’s not exploring new corners of the world, she’s enjoying time with her three adult children, dancing, running, or firing up the BBQ grill.
