In an early 2024 PLANADVISER article titled ‘The Year It Comes Together’: Hub’s DeNoyior Talks 2024, Joe DeNoyior, President of HUB RPW, is interviewed about what our firm has slated for 2024 and how we intend to apply scale and deliver on our promises to our advisors and clients.
Joe emphasizes that previous years’ focus was managing the acquisitions of a number of great firms, welcoming them into HUB RPW, and building out our teams, tools and resources. Now, the focus for 2024 is continued enhancements to the deliverables promised to our advisors and clients. In Joe’s words, “2024 is where we deliver on the promises.”
From a client standpoint, Joe stresses that while auto features have been great for increasing plan enrollment rates industry-wide, HUB’s focus is driving higher engagement and working to help clients take a more holistic approach to their overall benefits strategies that align with the needs of their employees. He mentions that being part of a big employee benefit and insurance shop like HUB gives our advisors a different angle on benefits strategy, allowing conversations with clients to be much broader.
When asked about connecting our wealth management acquisitions to our retirement plan business, Joe describes the plan to provide tailored guidance and financial coaching to a broader range of clients. He closes the interview by explaining how HUB RPW integrates our advisor’s proprietary platforms and tools (MoneyNav, FinPath, etc.) to offer improved financial wellness solutions.
