Background

Beth Rehbehn is the Director of Financial Wellness at HUB International, where she leads the firm’s efforts to make personal finance more approachable, and a lot less intimidating. With a background in education, service, and communications, Beth brings a fresh perspective to the retirement industry—designing financial wellness programs that genuinely resonate with employees and empower them to take control of their money and their future.

Beth joined the team in 2014 and quickly carved out a niche at the intersection of financial strategy and human behavior. Armed with a B.A. in English from the University of Mary Washington and a natural gift for storytelling, she transitioned into the financial world from an unexpected place: the Virginia wine industry. There, she built and managed a membership program for a local winery, cultivating the kind of communication and relationship-building skills that now form the heart of her work in financial wellness.

As an Investment Advisor Representative through Global Retirement Partners (GRP), Beth leads HUB’s Financial Wellness team with creativity, consistency, and empathy. She develops customized education campaigns, savings challenges, and long-term wellness strategies tailored to each client’s workforce.

Beth is especially passionate about the rise of financial wellness as a central focus in the retirement plan space. She believes it’s the key to unlocking engagement and creating a more inclusive and confident financial future for workers of all backgrounds. By helping people build foundational habits and take small, meaningful steps, she aims to remove the fear and mystery surrounding money and get people back to enjoying life.

Outside the office, Beth lives a full and vibrant life in the greater D.C. area. She’s the youngest of four and proudly holds “favorite aunt” status among her nieces and nephews. A wine lover to the core, she still frequents Virginia’s wine country with her former industry friends. She’s also an avid traveler, always planning her next weekend escape or international adventure. Her pandemic pup, Brix, a Norwegian Elkhound sparked a newfound passion for dog training, which she now shares as a volunteer assistant with Your Dog’s Friend, a Rockville-based nonprofit helping dog parents build better bonds.
