Spencer Welch, CFP®, AFC®

Spencer is a member of HUB International’s institutional retirement plan consulting team, specializing in corporate sponsored retirement plan management of 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), non-qualified deferred compensation, ESOP, 457(b)/(f), and defined benefit plans. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and Accredited Financial Councilor (AFC®), Spencer also specializes in personal financial planning and wealth management – tax mitigation strategies, investment asset management, retirement planning, estate planning, risk management, insurance planning, and financial education. Spencer has a B.S. in Personal Financial Planning from Utah Valley University, a top 3 financial planning program nationally. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and golf and spending time with his wife, Chiara and their son, Hayes.
