Charlotte Macfarlane is a dedicated professional with a strong background and expertise in ERISA qualified plan compliance. Her passion lies in meticulously analyzing plan documents to help clients strive to ensure they are running their plans with the utmost correctness and efficiency. Charlotte considers herself a people person, relishing the opportunity to interact with and get to know individuals from all walks of life.

For Charlotte, the motivation to start each day comes from the belief in the power of collective support and assistance. She values the idea that her strengths can make a difference in the lives of others, and she actively seeks opportunities to do so.

Charlotte’s journey into the world of retirement plans followed a diverse path. After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Physiology and Developmental Biology and teaching high school science classes for three years, she shifted gears and ventured into the realm of retirement plans at a Third-Party Administration firm. The knowledge she gained during her five years there has been instrumental in her success in providing support that seeks to help clients work toward establishing and maintaining successful retirement plans in her current role at HUB Retirement and Wealth Management.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Charlotte is an avid sports enthusiast. Despite her body occasionally reminding her otherwise, she continues to play basketball several times a week. Her love for sports extends to activities like running, hiking, biking, wakeboarding, and simply relishing the great outdoors. Charlotte’s goal-oriented nature drives her to set and achieve various objectives, providing her with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
