With sixteen years of comprehensive experience in retirement planning and investment sales, Dave partners with plan sponsors to strengthen investment governance, improve participant outcomes, and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

Before joining HUB in 2023, Dave spent ten years at ADP Retirement Services, where he held roles in sales and retirement education. For seven of those years, he traveled the country speaking directly to employees about the importance of saving for retirement and preparing for their future. He also held a senior relationship manager role at Empower. This background shapes his personalized approach to 401(k) education and plan sponsor consulting today.

Dave holds his Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with Life, Health, Annuity, and Property Casualty licenses. He is also a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS™) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Dave resides in New Jersey and is based in Greater Pennsylvania, Dave serves plan sponsors throughout the region, leveraging his extensive background to deliver meaningful results.
