Background
Rock is Vice President of HUB Retirement and Wealth Management. He worked with Franklin Financial Group since 2002 and joined HUB through the acquisition of Franklin Financial Group in 2023.
With over two decades of experience, Rock works with high-net-worth individuals and businesses with their investment and insurance planning. His goal-oriented process includes cash flow analysis, risk management, and investment strategies to pursue client’s goals. Within this process is the coordination of meetings with client’s trusted advisors (i.e., attorneys, accountants, etc.) to help ensure that the client’s team are on one accord.
Rock provides businesses of all sizes with the investment services they need to work towards creating more effective retirement strategies and help their participants take full advantage of their available corporate qualified plan. Regardless of size, Rock’s objective is to improve the quality of his client’s plan services.
Rock is proud to serve as a Deacon at his church. Along with his work in ministry, Rock serves on Gilman School’s Budget and Finance Committee, Board of Directors of Beat the Streets-Baltimore, and an assistant wrestling coach at Gilman School. During the winter season, Rock is the lead analyst for ESPN’s college wrestling broadcasts.
Rock’s greatest joy is being a husband and father.
