Haswell M. Franklin, Jr., CLU®, AEP®, CLTC

Has is Senior Vice President of HUB Retirement and Wealth Management and a former founding partner of Franklin Financial Group, LLC.  He works with businesses and individuals helping with their insurance and financial needs. He is a Registered Representative with LPL Financial and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Global Retirement Partners (GRP).  He holds the FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses*, as well as life and health insurance licenses.  He belongs to the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is a former member of the Baltimore County Board of Ethics.

Has is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University where he lettered and played football and wrestled, as well as plated on the lacrosse team winning one National Championship. He has coached football and lacrosse at all levels from recreation to college. He also was the defensive coach for the Canadian National Lacrosse team for several World Lacrosse Championships.

Has’ interests include playing pickleball, travel, and watching the Baltimore Ravens. Has lives in Lutherville with his wife, Ellen Greenwell Franklin, and they have four adult children (Leslie, Mac, Luke and Drew).
