Jacalyn Murray, ChSNC®, CPFA

Though she majored in Marketing at Bryant College in Rhode Island, Jacalyn always knew her career would be in finance. “I knew my creative and communication skills could help build trusting relationships with my clients.”

An early role in sales led her to Wall Street, launching a 40+ year career as a Financial Advisor. Since 1985, she has guided clients through an ever-changing investment landscape. “My goal is to educate my clients and give them clarity around their relationship with money. By actively listening and partnering with them, I help create a realistic, personalized plan for both their families and their businesses.”

Jacalyn holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation demonstrating her knowledge, expertise and commitment to working with retirement plans as well as the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) designation, reflecting her expertise in financial and estate planning for individuals with special needs and their families. “There’s a growing demand for this niche service among our clients.” Her greatest source of pride, though, is her longevity in the industry and the trust she’s built along the way: “Being a trusted resource to people is gratifying.”

Beyond the office, Jacalyn gives back — locally, she currently serves as Co-Treasurer for the 100% volunteer non-profit Children’s Aid Club, served several years as Team Captain for the Broward Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and for the past 20 years, been an active FINRA Arbitrator.  Her volunteer work has also taken her as far as Nigeria, spending three-weeks on a mission with The Egbe Hospital Revitalization Project and Israel, spending one-week on the Leadership Mission with The Jewish Foundation of Broward County.

Jacalyn lives in Pompano Beach and when not working, you’ll find her doing Pilates or hot yoga, riding her Peloton, watching independent films, or piecing together jigsaw puzzles.
