Joseph Bonasera is a Managing Director – Financial Services at HUB Retirement and Wealth Management. Joe is the visionary founder of Summit Financial, established in 1993 with a clear mission to provide clients the personalized attention he believed was lacking in the financial services industry. Summit Financial was acquired by HUB International in 2017. With 50+ years of invaluable experience in sales, service, and administration of employee benefit and retirement plans, Joe’s dedication to his craft has been unwavering.

Joe’s work and leadership thrives on two foundational principles. First, every client is made to feel like the only client, ensuring their individual needs are met with the utmost care. Second, the corporate environment is cultivated to support the personal growth and professional fulfillment of each member of the team.

Joe’s professional qualifications include the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities registrations.* Joe holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) designation and the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC®) designation.

Joe resides in Winchester and Scraggy Neck Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Outside the financial realm, he enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife, Marlene, and their three daughters. Their shared love for fishing, biking, golf and attending athletic events creates cherished moments with their seven wonderful grandchildren.
