Wes Kubik, CCP®, PHR®, SHRM-CP

Wes Kubik is the Vice President – Retirement Plan Services at HUB Retirement and Private Wealth in San Clemente, CA. Wes is a seasoned HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in the field, with the last 10 years serving in Head of HR & CHRO roles. He utilizes this experience to offer insights into 401(k) administration, payroll, retirement plans as a part of Total Rewards programs, and Executive/C-Suite conversations and strategy.

Wes holds several certifications including the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Wes is a tenured facilitator (certified by DDI), with a specialization in employee communications and HR Operations. He maintains the Series 65 securities license through Global Retirement Partners, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor.
