Phil Hecker, CFP®

Phil Hecker, CFP®, joined HUB International in 2021 and has been a part of the HUB Investment Partners team since 2025. He is passionate about helping retirement savers visualize their financial futures and navigate the path to retirement with confidence and clarity. Phil graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a focus on legal studies. He brings diverse experiences from his roles with professional asset managers and technology platforms on both the personal and institutional sides of investment planning. Phil lives in Carlsbad, California where he enjoys playing baseball and anything else that brings him outdoors.

CFP Board owns the certification marks CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in the U.S. which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP® Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
