The NAPA Top Women of Excellence accolade originated in 2015 to acknowledge the growing number of women making significant contributions to the retirement industry and bringing excellence to the profession. Nominees were asked to respond to a series of quantitative and qualitative questions about their experience and practice. Those anonymized questionnaires were then reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of judges who selected the women honored in three categories.
